MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Jillian Imilkowski DACM, LAc.
Dr. Jillian Imilkowski DACM, LAc., CMT is a board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture trained at the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, CA where she also lives and works.
She has over three decades of experience helping patients of all ages manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety, lessen the effects of sleep disorders, improve mental-emotional health, and much more. She has worked with UC San Diego Health’s Owen Clinic Cancer Treatment Center and UC San Diego Health’s Center for Integrative Medicine.
Her background working within the mainstream healthcare system makes Dr. Jillian uniquely qualified to understand and collaborate with doctors from all fields. She believes that healing comes from everywhere and has extensive experience providing stand-alone as well as adjunct treatment plans for her patients.

Alyssa Rain Cozart, LMT
I’m Alyssa Rain Cozart, the massage therapist at Bonita Vista Acupuncture. With 15 years of experience as a competitive swimmer, I have a deep understanding of the physical challenges athletes face. A shoulder injury during my college years introduced me to the world of massage therapy, shifting my path from physical therapy to a true passion for holistic healing through massage.
I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, cupping, and more. My approach is compassionate and personalized, with a focus on helping you find relief, balance, and a renewed sense of well-being. I’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge and sharing the healing benefits of massage with you on your wellness journey!

Hi! I’m Fernanda, the Administrative Assistant here at Urban Sage Acupuncture + Wellness. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with an associate’s in Public Health. With several years of experience working with diverse communities, I’ve grown passionate about creating a welcoming space where every person feels seen, supported, and cared for.
What drew me to Urban Sage was the genuine compassion and peaceful energy that fills the clinic. I’m proud to be part of a team that truly lives its values and puts patient well-being first every single day.
